Company Description International Ally Federation (IAF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing holistic health education and access to medical and community support resources for youth and adults. IAF specializes in helping individuals and groups navigate life transitions, overcome mental health challenges, and address systemic barriers to care. By promoting awareness, autonomy, and resilience, IAF empowers communities outside traditional clinical settings. Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Dari Wellness Yoga Coach. The coach will create and lead yoga sessions tailored to the needs of Dari-speaking individuals, integrating wellness coaching to support participants in building healthier lifestyles. Additional responsibilities include fostering a welcoming environment, guiding clients in self-care practices, and collaborating with IAF staff to ensure services align with the organization's mission of holistic health education and support. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Health & Wellness, including a passion for promoting holistic practices.Proficiency in Wellness Coaching and Coaching to guide individuals in achieving their health goals effectively.Strong skills in Customer Service, with the ability to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for diverse individuals and groups.Understanding of Nutrition to complement wellness guidance and yoga practices.Fluency in Dari is required.Certification or experience in yoga instruction, particularly in trauma-informed or community-based settings, is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
