This role offers the opportunity to work directly on high-priority initiatives, influence strategic direction, and build the reporting and analytics infrastructure that supports the business.This position is ideal for a motivated, impact-driven professional who thrives in an autonomous environment and is eager to translate strategy into execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution: Lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end, including new product launches, channel expansion, and sales optimization effortsBusiness Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and partner teams to drive efficiency and strategic alignmentExecutive Communication: Develop clear, concise materials to communicate insights, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadershipData & Analytics: Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track performance, test hypotheses, and generate actionable insightsCollaboration: Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverablesQualifications2–5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field; healthcare experience preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, with experience leading meetings and driving stakeholder alignmentAnalytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionAdvanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plusProficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentationsCollaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environmentBachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related fieldCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plansOpportunities for professional growth within a scaling organizationReimbursement for travel and business-related expenses
