Machine OperatorsWe are currently hiring machine operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working with diecast machinery, focusing on mechanical and hydraulic processes. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.Shift Details1st Shift: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM3rd Shift: SundayThursday, 10:30 PM 7:00 AMNote: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility is currently operating 7 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad aluminum ingots into machinesPerform basic machine maintenance (oil, lubrication, cleaning)Assist with removal of metal shavings using air toolsConduct visual inspections and perform minor finishing (filing parts)Remove scrap and maintain clean work areasMove finished products to staging areasSupport multiple areas through cross-trainingRequirementsAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience (required)Ability to lift 25+ lbs, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working in a loud, warm industrial environmentStrong attention to detail and safetyReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial equipmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWhy Apply?Competitive starting payMonthly bonus opportunitiesConsistent full-time hours with overtime potentialOpportunity to be hired on permanently
