May be involved in equipment set-up, and preventative maintenance of more complex assignments and/or perform finish operations.\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\nAdheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\nApplies proficiency within discipline, completes tasks and assignments and solves routine problems with some latitude for independent judgment.\nMay be involved in equipment set-up and/or of more complex assignments.\nLoads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.\nReads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.\nInspects parts visually with aid of microscope and/or dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.\nFollows established documentation for product manufacturing.\nCompletes required documentation.\nCleans and maintains machinery, as necessary.\nExpands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.\nParticipates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement initiatives\nPerforms other functions as required.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.\nMinimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years related work experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills: Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information. Ability to work with small precision parts. Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
