Based onsite at Arlington, VA and the Mark Center, this role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and project management skills to ensure operational integrity, efficiency, and compliance across DISA's managed platforms.\r\nThe selected candidate will drive infrastructure initiatives, manage change control activities, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and operational readiness. You will also support DISA security by implementing physical controls, updating access control rosters, and providing strategic recommendations to improve service delivery and efficiency.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nOversee daily operations, task order execution, and client communications\r\nLead stand-ups, in-progress reviews, and high-level briefings with DISA leadership\r\nSubmit administrative and financial status reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)\r\nDeployment, Configuration & Change Control:\r\nManage asset status updates, configuration control, and lifecycle change management\r\nOversee IFR Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) and decommissions\r\nCoordinate testing, installation, and acceptance of new technology and systems\r\nIFR (Infrastructure Facility Room) Management:\r\nAct as key liaison for DISA customers, system administrators, telecom providers, and contractors\r\nSupport infrastructure needs related to power, space, and telecom within IFRs\r\nStreamline access control and optimize facility use in line with DISA Security policies\r\nProject & Operational Engineering:\r\nDefine requirements for lifecycle replacements and upgrades\r\nManage project timelines and deployment efforts per enterprise engineering standards\r\nProvide support for customer migrations and service enhancements\r\nRequirements:\r\nBachelor's degree and 812 years of relevant experience (or equivalent work experience)\r\nActive DoD Top Secret/SCI\r\nMinimum 5 years of Task Order and/or Program Management experience on DoD programs\r\nProven ability to manage operational briefings, daily program execution, and financial reporting\r\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nBackground in infrastructure support and engineering within a DoD environment\r\nExperience optimizing hardware/software solutions for performance efficiency\r\nAbility to provide strategic input for future services, upgrades, and mission support\r\nCore Benefits:\r\nPaid Time Off (PTO): TEN (10) Paid days off & FIVE (5) Floating days off.\r\nHolidays: 11 Paid Holidays.
