Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage and motivate a team of staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, including labor costs, food costs, and overall financial performance. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to our restaurant’s standards. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent execution of our scratch-style menu offerings. Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Drive sales and growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a scratch-style kitchen environment. Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. Strong understanding of operational metrics, including labor management, food cost control, and financial performance. Excellent training, leadership, and team-building skills. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for vegan cuisine and commitment to sustainability.
