We currently have an opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant in our Denver office.We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in our busy litigation and transactional practice groups. This role requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a hybrid schedule.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and legal teams in corporate and transactional practicesPrepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, agreements, closing binders, and signature packetsAssist attorneys with case preparation, including organizing and maintaining case files, evidence, and exhibitsCoordinate document execution through DocuSign and manage closing logisticsAssist with entity formations, corporate filings, UCC filings, and maintenance of corporate recordsManage attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursementsOpen new matters, process conflict checks, and assist with client onboardingPrepare and submit time entries, billing edits, and expense reportsOrganize and maintain electronic files within document management systems, including updating case filesCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, experts, and internal departmentsPrepare and ensure timely filing of legal documents with the courtMonitor and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionExperience And Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or business environment, preferred Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency Possess excellent proofing and editing skillsStrong attention to detailThe pay range for this position is $31.75 to $36.40 per hour depending on years of experience.Snell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
