performance management\nBasic Qualifications\nU.S. Citizenship required\nActive DoD Secret Security Clearance required\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Technology Management, or a related discipline\nDemonstrated experience managing large, multi-functional Government programs within the Department of Defense or Federal contracting environment\nExperience managing U.S. Navy software development, modernization, sustainment, or maintenance programs\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams of 15 or more technical and non-technical personnel\nStrong knowledge of Government contract management, financial oversight, FAR/DFARS compliance, and program execution\nExperience managing significant program budgets, labor forecasting, revenue, and operational performance\nDemonstrated success managing cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer satisfaction\nExperience delivering executive-level briefings and presentations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong customer relationship management and executive engagement skills\nExperience with Agile software development, DevSecOps, cloud technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives\nDemonstrated strategic thinking, analytical ability, organizational skills, and sound decision-making\nExperience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics to improve program execution, operational efficiency, decision-making, software delivery, or customer mission outcomes\nDemonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to drive innovation and continuous improvement within DoD or
