Additionally, the role includes monitoring transportation metrics, including cost and performance against historic and forecasted levels throughout the network, and creating executive-friendly presentations.\n\nThe Transportation Optimization Analyst reports to the Director, Procurement and Optimization and may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid or remote capacity; however, candidates who are available and wiling to work onsite at OneRail HQ in Orlando, FL (ZIP 32819) will be given priority and preference in the selection process.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, create, and analyze transportation reports and processes to optimize freight costs and improve on-time delivery and service execution.\nDevelop and present analysis, insights, and recommended courses of action to stakeholders.\nIdentify network constraints and develop resolutions in coordination with key stakeholders.\nMonitor freight metrics, including cost and performance, against historic and forecasted levels.\nCreate executive-friendly presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.\nCreate and develop weekly leadership report on margin, performance, and overall OneRail health and performance.\nBuild and maintain productive relationships within a complex organization.\nAssist with the development, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of performance KPIs.\nEnsure strong attention to detail and organizational skills in all tasks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, or a similar analytical field.\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nStrong work ethic and capable of making well-informed decisions.\nAbility to build and maintain productive relationships within a complex organization.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in transportation or logistics.\nFamiliarity with freight metrics and KPIs.\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.\nAbout OneRail\nOneRail, headquartered in Orlando, FL, is the emerging leader in Final Mile delivery technology.
