UK Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel

Experienced commercial transactions attorneys will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a UK Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel, responsible for negotiating enterprise cloud and license agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing business-minded legal guidance to support the UKI region and other EMEA countries. Key responsibilitiesNegotiate and draft a variety of customer and partner agreements to support enterprise sales Collaborate with sales and internal teams to facilitate contract reviews and process improvements Develop training materials and educate sales teams on contract terms and legal issuesRequired qualificationsUK qualified solicitor or barrister with a UK law degree (LLB) or conversion course (GDL) and 8+ years PQE Strong experience in B2B contract negotiations with commercial and tech acumen Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of privacy matters, including GDPR Experience in cloud technology contracting
