As a Building and Property Services Division Administrator (Land Use & Environmental Planning Manager 3) in Salem, Oregon, you will oversee a variety of essential programs that support the agency’s facility and property service needs. Through effective facility planning and design, construction project management, support for on the ground projects and activities, proactive monitoring and maintenance, emergency planning, and long term property management strategies, this Division and position play a central role in ensuring the sustainability of agency infrastructure and enabling our staff to implement ODFW’s Mission.DutiesThe Building and Property Services Division includes ODFW Engineering, Cultural Resources, and Realty Services Programs, as well as ODFW Headquarters Building and Business Services staff who provide facilities maintenance, mailroom services, and general office support for the Division. Duties of the position include:Leading agency sustainability planning and emergency response activitiesDeveloping and maintaining emergency response plans for agency facilitiesLong term facilities planning, prioritization, and implementation of agency infrastructure projectsLeading and managing the delivery of engineering services, cultural resources, and realty service programs to support agency infrastructure, property, and “on the ground” project needsOversight and development of long-term building and property management strategiesThe above position summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
