While our headquarters is in Houston, TX, this is a remote work opportunity that will require occasional visits to our customer facilities.\nKey Duties:\nPlan, coordinate, and direct the execution of program activities across all related projects to achieve strategic objectives on time and within budget, including the integration and management of ten full-time team members.\nServe as the primary point of contact and liaison between the customer, senior leadership, and program teams, managing stakeholder relationships and communications at the executive level.\nDevelop and manage program budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts; monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions to control costs and achieve profit objectives.\nCreate and maintain program schedules, milestones, and integrated management plans; track progress against baseline and communicate status to stakeholders.\nLead cross-functional project teams and functional managers; recruit, interview, and onboard direct reports; assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nDue to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.\nAbility to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.\n20 or more years of professional work experience.\nMay be reduced with the completion of advanced education.\n5 or more years of experience in program management or project management on federal contracts or government programs.\nProven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams of eight or more personnel.\nProven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and deliver results on time and within budget.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to executive audiences and customers.\nStrong analytical and financial acumen, including proficiency with cost, schedule, and performance management.\nProficiency with project management tools and business systems.\nAbility to establish and maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.\nBachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.\nDesired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nProgram Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.\nExperience supporting space launch or propulsion programs.\nBackground in aerospace or defense program management.\nFamiliarity with government property management and accounting systems.\nExperience with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS).\nTrack record of successful program execution, on-time delivery, and cost control.\nKnowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, AS9100D, or CMMC.\nBusiness Profile:\nCimarron is a global solutions company with a strategic partnering approach to satisfying customer-driven requirements.
