Audio/Visual Technician

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Audio Visual Technician based in Brown Deer, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of audio-visual systems across a variety of environments, including home theaters, video conferencing setups, and integrated home automation systems.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, setting up and calibrating projectors and lighting systems, and ensuring all AV equipment operates at optimal performance. You will also work closely with clients, providing guidance and support to ensure they get the most out of their systems.What We’re Looking ForWe are particularly interested in technicians with strong residential AV experience, especially those with Control4 programming expertise.QualificationsProven experience with AV systems, including installation, setup, and maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficientlyHands-on experience with video conferencing platforms, projectors, and lighting systemsKnowledge of home automation and integrated AV solutionsExcellent communication skills with a client-focused approachAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentPrior experience in AV installation or a related technical field preferredValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for on-site projects
