Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.Prior experience as a Business System Analyst, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment, preferably for a backend system writing RESTful APIsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Strong organization, written and oral communication skillsExperience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the detailsExperience tracking and driving deliverables to completionExcellent documentation skills, including technical writing.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
