Investment in our employees makes a difference in helping us reach our goals with opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\n\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Controls at customer facilities\nService and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contracts\nInform management and customer(s) of job progress and issues\nResearch and learn various controls systems as instructed\nOccasionally working with third-party contractors to accomplish a common goal\nAdhere to all active company safety policies\nComplete timecards and trip reports in a timely manner utilizing company software\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n5-7+ years work experience in the building automation, mechanical industry or relevant work experience\nKnowledge in building automation systems and building management systems\nMust have Niagara certification\nMust have SST or OSHA equivalent.\nExperience working with LON, BACnet and Modbus Communications\nKnowledgeable with sequence of operations for boilers, chillers, air-handling units, electrical equipment, motors, and other HVAC equipment\nExperience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Distech, Siemens, Andover, Delta, or Schneider\nIn addition, must have solid organizational and communication skills along with strong demonstration and presentation capabilities.
