They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. Additionally they support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. Typical shift is 11:00am-4:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:Assist by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating.Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables.Take out trash and recycling.Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers.Cleaning and bussing both The Nest & Red Hawk Café dining area throughout the shift.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in giving directions and answering questions.Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications - None Technical - None Physical Capabilities - Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level is preferred. Exposed to ice/snow coming to and from work. Additional - Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
