Welcomes work assignments from the Manager and Department Leads, recognizing their positive impact on the business. Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and applies knowledge to offer various viable solutions. Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and contributes to the development and training of colleagues.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCompletes work by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), blueprint specifications, and the Product Structure list, which involves gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.\nPositions parts and subassemblies according to blueprints, utilizing fixtures or templates as needed.\nMaintains equipment functionality by keeping it clean and reporting any malfunctions or required repairs.\nPerforms wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies\nCut, form, connect, and/or terminate wiring according to instructions or prototypes\nPerform necessary calibrations to adjust units following documented procedures\nEnsure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to standard 5S practices\nRecord actions by filling out production and quality forms\nPrecisely log labor hours, production amounts, inventory changes, and scrap in the ERP system\nResponsible for meeting production and quality goals\nPerforms other duties as required\n\nRequirements\n\nHigh School or equivalent education\n1 year of relevant manufacturing experience\nMust be able to lift 40lbs\nExtensive knowledge in assembling various components to create products and subassemblies\nAdaptable and recognizes that change is a constant factor\nStrong attention to detail, along with solid math and reasoning abilities.\nEffective verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with colleagues\nCapable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment\nEmploys strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and offer solutions with a positive execution mindset\nProficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.\n\nBenefits\n\nFive (5) weeks PTO\nTen (10) Paid Holiday\nThree (3) days Paid to Volunteer\nRobust 401(k) with up to 6.0% Company Contribution/Match\nExceptional health care benefits\n\nServer Products is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
