We are seeking a driven and expert professional who excels in coordinating Bill of Materials (BOM), part number assignments, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and operational documentation. You'll work with multiple teams to align hardware component logistics with operations, contributing to the development of next-generation products.\n\nWhat we need to see:\n\nSupport NVIDIA's product portfolio by collaborating with multi-functional teams to build BOMs, assign part numbers, and implement ECOs.\n\nChampion the optimization of documentation processes, ensuring alignment with development cadence and operational needs.\n\nReview and develop existing processes and documentation, building and preserving standard processes recorded in design reviews and postmortem takeaways.\n\nPartner with engineers to understand builds and structure documentation using tools such as Creo and Windchill.\n\nMaintain alignment of assembly structure and SKUs between engineering teams, factory operations, and partners.\n\nEnsure tight-knit collaboration among all cross-disciplinary participants.\n\nWhat we need to see:\n\nA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.\n\n2+ years of relevant of experience\n\nKnowledge of engineering hardware components, manufacturing techniques, and processes.\n\nExperience in documentation related to New Product Introduction (NPI) for mechanical product development and production tooling.\n\nRemarkable skills in organization and interpersonal communication, along with careful attention to detail.\n\nAtmosphere encouraging perpetual development and steady process advancement.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, experience working with PLM platforms like Windchill.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\n\nExperience in product development, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing creation.\n\nEstablished track record in developing NPI processes, involving coordination with operations on manufacturing, quality, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and End-of-Life (EOL).\n\nCollaborative engineering team working across multiple functions.\n\nDirect involvement in prototype construction and production.\n\nOpportunities to work with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.\n\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
