Global Power produces weld assemblies, fabricated metal buildings, and large complex assemblies of power equipment.Position SummaryThe HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR Director and HR team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for HR documentation, reporting, employee communications, compliance tracking, and process execution.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Documentation and CommunicationsDraft, format, and edit HR documents, presentations, and reportsMaintain HR templates, forms, and employee recordsPrepare HR reports and leadership materialsWorkforce Data and Analytics SupportMaintain workforce data including headcount, hires, terms, and conversionsSupport development of HR metrics and KPIsAssist with workforce planning and reportingRecruitment and Onboarding CoordinationCoordinate job postings, scheduling, and candidate communicationsSupport onboarding and offboarding processesTrack temp worker eligibility and conversion timelinesCompliance and AdministrationMaintain compliance with applicable laws and regulationsSupport benefits and leave administrationMaintain employee relations documentationProject and Process SupportCoordinate HR initiatives and projectsSupport process improvements and reporting effortsPartner with Finance and Operations as neededQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field1-3 years of HR experienceStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication and organization skillsPreferredManufacturing experienceHRIS experienceSHRM-CP or PHR certificationEqual Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/DisabledGlobal Power Components is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
