The ideal candidate will serve as an individual contributor to support Supermicro eStore for material preparation operations during server product development process.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOptimize inventory levels and flowsDevelop a planning model to support inventory needsCollaborate across departments to establish project requirements, specifications, and deliverablesSupport our account managers request on a day to day basis Define escalation pathways related to project timelines and process enhancementsEngage with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely issue resolutionStay abreast of emerging business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver relevant products and servicesDevelop a strategy for logistics planning and coordinate with vendors to achieve departmental sustainabilitySupervise project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standardsIdentify potential risks and create risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project schedule and budgetEvaluate and manage changes in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followedEstablish and maintain comprehensive project documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in business or equivalent expertiseFamiliarity with server/computer partsPrevious experience in roles such as inventory management (or program manager) is a pluseCommerce experience is a plusFluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesSalary Range$80,000 - $90,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
