Your skills in mixology, knowledge of drink recipes, and friendly demeanor contribute to the overall success and atmosphere of our establishment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Beverage Preparation:\nPrepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail.\nFollow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in beverage quality.\n2. Customer Service:\nGreet guests warmly and engage in friendly and attentive customer interactions.\nAssist guests in selecting beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences.\nHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.\n3. Beverage Knowledge:\nPossess a deep understanding of the bar's drink menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and recommended pairings.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and new beverage offerings.\nEducate guests about the unique qualities of various drinks.\n4. Inventory Management:\nMonitor and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.\nEnsure that the bar is adequately stocked and that inventory levels are within budget.\n5. Cleanliness and Organization:\nMaintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment, glassware, and bar tools.\nAdhere to sanitation and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service.\n6. Cash Handling:\nHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately, process payments, and give change as necessary.\nMaintain a cash register and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.\n7. Teamwork:\nCollaborate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other bartenders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.\nAssist with training and mentoring junior bartenders or barbacks when necessary.\nQualifications:\nMust be 21+ years of age\nPrevious bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred.\nExtensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying kegs, cases, and bar supplies.\nTolerance for exposure to alcohol and the ability to handle stressful situations.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nWe offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and a vibrant and dynamic work environment.
