As part of the growing DevOps team, the successful candidate will develop scalable solutions that support operational workflows, case management, reporting, and other core business processes.\nTechnology Stack & Environment:\nMC Consultants develops and supports applications using Flutter, C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, REST APIs, Git, and Azure DevOps within a Microsoft 365 and Windows-based enterprise environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork under the direction of the DevOps Manager to gather requirements, prioritize development efforts, and deliver application features aligned with business objectives.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into reliable, user-friendly software solutions.\nImplement and maintain application features across frontend and backend systems based on established architecture and business requirements.\nEnsure application performance, security, reliability, and resilience across the full stack.\nMonitor and optimize application and database performance, including query tuning and front-end performance enhancements.\nSupport the stability, reliability, and ongoing operation of business applications, including participation in production support and on-call rotations as needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\n· 5+ years of professional software development experience.\n· Front-end and back-end development experience.\n· Experience developing and supporting production software systems.\n· Experience developing clean, maintainable, object-oriented applications.\n· Experience working with SQL databases and relational data structures.\n· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n· Experience using Git or similar version control systems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with C#/.NET or Python application development.\nExperience with Flutter or similar cross-platform frameworks.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps.\n· Experience developing and/or consuming REST APIs.\n· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; professional certifications, open-source contributions, or portfolio projects are a plus.\nCompensation:\nCompensation is based on skills, experience, and location. For candidates based in Carlsbad, CA, the anticipated range is $110,000 - $130,000.\nWork Arrangement:\nHybrid during the initial onboarding period. Full remote may be considered after approximately 90 days based on successful onboarding, business needs, and role alignment.\nStandard Working Hours:\nMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. This is a salaried exempt position.
