Additional responsibilities include business development and preparing proposals.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:\n\nDemonstrated skill and proficiency in engineering principles and the ability to develop and implement solutions to a wide range of problems.\nSkill in analyzing and interpreting data, accurately observing and recording field activities, reading plan, blueprints, and specifications as related to the position.\nAbility to interact effectively with a wide variety of people, work effectively within project teams, resolve issues and problems in a positive manner, and work independently in the field.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBSCE required; with E.I.T.\nPhysically capable of the physical labor required.
