Our collaborative culture encourages hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement across all levels of production.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC This is a highly hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across departments to improve process reliability, product performance, and manufacturing efficiency. The candidate will play a key role in both troubleshooting current processes and developing new ones, as well as support our efforts in creating new, extruded yarn technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\n-Identify, analyze, and resolve process issues related to multifilament yarn extrusion\n-Develop and optimize processes for new yarn products and performance goals\n-Recommend materials and equipment to improve quality and efficiency\n-Lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact on throughput and consistency\n-Standardize and document operating procedures; provide training for production personnel\n-Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to maintain product standards\n-Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed\nQualifications\n-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred, Textile or Mechanical optional)\n-Experience with multifilament yarn extrusion or related fiber production processes\n-Working knowledge of extrusion technologies as well as parameters and their effect on yarn properties and costs\n-Proficiency with yarn testing methods (e.g., Tensile strength, shrinkage, denier, bulk)\n-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n-Effective communication and teamwork abilities\n-Self-starter with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset\n-Team player\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll be part of an open minded and experienced team where your contributions have real impact.
