We typically work independently, so put on your head phones and enjoy a low mental stress job. All products and equipment are provided, and we make sure you are supported during your shifts. We will train the right individual in our cleaning methods.\n**Only apply if you live within 45 minutes of Conifer & Bailey CO have a reliable vehicle capable of mountain driving, and are able to work 15 hours a week consistently.**\nPosition: Cleaning Technician\nLocation: Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Morrison & Evergreen\nHours: 15-30 hours, flexible part-time positions\nResponsibilities:\nPerform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.\nSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas using our check-list.\nClean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.\nEnsure all cleaning supplies are stocked and cleaning equipment is properly maintained.\nCommunicate effectively with management.\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience preferred but not required.\nAbility to work independently or as a team.\nPunctual and reliable with self-motivation.\nAble to lift up to 30 LBS, bend, twist, and kneel. Job requires a fast pace and can often be considered a mild work-out.\nReliable 4WD car, must be able to drive on dirt roads or mountain roads, steep driveways, and snow covered ground up to 4 inches. Valid Colorado Drivers License.
