The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring costs and change orders, ensuring quality and safety standards, and leading on-site project meetings. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and subcontracts, tracking progress reports, and resolving issues that may affect scope, schedule, or budget.
