Daily Census: 42 - Number of Beds: 42 Requirements - Required License: NY license in hand to submit - Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience - EMR: EPIC experience required Roles & Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. - Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, and incontinence care. - Conduct basic assessments including vital signs and report changes in patients' conditions. - Ensure patient safety during mobility and transfers using assistive devices. - Implement infection control measures and adhere to safety protocols. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
