Our Commercial Lines Administration department seeks an Administrative Assistant II-III. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the daily departmental operations, including Commercial leadership. This position requires skills in report preparation, task management and prioritization, internal and external customer relations, and advanced knowledge of word-processing applications, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. This full-time, nonexempt position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, and reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.
Be ready to
prepare and manage travel itineraries, expenses, and calendars for Commercial leadership
plan and coordinate meetings and events, including luncheons, departmental meetings, and seminars
coordinate interviews as necessary for core role hiring in Commercial Lines
prepare and review reports, presentations, and other written materials for Commercial leadership
support recordings of training content
handle non-routine and complex tasks that require originality and ingenuity within specific time constraints
act as records management coordinator and perform clean desk audits
handle allocations and distribution of company condo, tickets/special awards, and garage allocations
independently manage miscellaneous activities in support of the department
be available during core business hours at headquarters
Be equipped with
outstanding communication and negotiation skills
proper use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading; high level of quality and attention to detail
the ability to work with the highest degree of professionalism, using judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
the ability to foster positive relationships
excellent organizational and time-management skills
the ability to work independently with little to no supervision
the ability to prioritize and coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously
mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Teams and SharePoint sites
Bring education or experience from
proven experience as an experienced administrator, preferably in financial services
an associate's degree or a minimum of five years prior experience in an administrative support role
