The Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial projects (Office, Healthcare, Life Science, Hospitality) from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, scheduling, financial management, client communication, and team leadership. Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities:Lead commercial construction projects from initial planning through completionPrepare bids, budgets, and responses to RFPsDevelop project schedules and coordinate site logistics with field teamsOversee procurement, cost tracking, and change management throughout the project lifecycleServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partnersParticipate in client presentations, interviews, and business development effortsFacilitate regular project meetings and provide status updatesManage project financials, including forecasting, reporting, and collectionsOversee punch list completion and project closeout Sr. Project Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredAt least 7 years of experience in commercial construction project managementProven ability to manage multiple or complex projects simultaneouslyExperience leading and mentoring project teams, including PMs and support staffStrong background in estimating, scheduling, and cost controlExperience in technical or lab construction environments is a plusProficient with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft ProjectLEED accreditation is a plusStrong communication skills with a client-facing mindset Company Benefits:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, including HSA401K plan with 6% matchingGenerous PTOVehicle Allowance Compensation: $155,000 - $180,000
