Your work directly enables infrastructure modernization, improves readiness across globally distributed environments, and ensures that critical resources are available to sustain secure and reliable IT services.Key responsibilities include:Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services in accordance with acquisition policies and financial controlsCoordinate requirements gathering, sourcing, vendor engagement, quote analysis, and purchase package developmentTrack procurement requests from initiation through delivery, maintaining accurate status, funding, lead time, and risk recordsMaintain inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle visibility in alignment with configuration baselines and technology refresh schedulesCollaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and finance teams to validate requirements and ensure technical accuracySupport contract actions including renewals, warranty validation, license reconciliation, and vendor performance monitoringMaintain procurement documentation such as purchase requests, approvals, bill of materials (BOMs), tracking logs, and compliance recordsIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline acquisition workflows and reduce delaysCoordinate procurement of hardware, software, and licensing that support patching, security remediation, and vulnerability managementValidate delivery of security relevant components (firmware, version specific hardware, secure configurations) to maintain compliance with system baselinesWhat you'll need to succeed:Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or 5+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degreeClearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraphStrong knowledge of IT procurement, lifecycle management, acquisition workflows, and vendor coordinationExperience developing purchase packages, managing acquisition records, and tracking hardware/software ordersAbility to interpret technical requirements, collaborate across engineering and cyber teams, and ensure that procurements meet operational and security needsExcellent organization, documentation, communication, and cross team coordination skillsAbility to support CONUS/OCONUS logistics for procurement, tracking, and delivery activitiesUS citizenship requiredLocation: OnsiteThe likely salary range for this position is $83,927 - $113,549. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
