Be prepared to design MIL-STD 180G and then have fun while you conduct the tests on your parts and get them to pass. Ever get a product to pass the loose cargo test?\n\nOwn BOMs, assembly docs, and mechanical test protocols that survive real-world punishment.\n\nGrind daily with seasoned engineers on prototypes, rapid iterations, and validation pushes toward production ramp.\n\nHelp turn concepts into deployed hardware at speed.\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n5–10 years of mechanical engineering grit, with deep fuel cell system or hand-held power system experience.\n\nProven success deploying mechanical products to market—designs that shipped, scaled, and ran in the field.\n\nExpert in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), FEA, prototyping, and test execution.
