CDL/Operator

DESCRIPTION Join a fast-paced industrial services team performing hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations at manufacturing plants, mills, refineries, power plants, and industrial facilities. This position is responsible for safely operating vacuum trucks, industrial cleaning equipment, supporting field operations, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, traveling to job sites, and being part of a strong team environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate CDL-required vehicles, including but not limited to vacuum trucks and industrial equipmentOperate hydroblasting and vacuum equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standardsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment and vehiclesAssist with job setup, equipment preparation, and worksite cleanupFollow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA/company regulationsMaintain clear communication with supervisors and crew membersComplete required safety, compliance, and operational trainingIdentify and report equipment or safety concerns immediatelySupport team members to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficientlyMaintain professionalism and represent the company positively at customer sitesPerform additional duties as assigned Company offers a competitive benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k) match and paid time off.
