As the Material Handler at Heyco, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.\n\nJoin us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering!\n\nPerks and Benefits:\n\nMedical & Employer Paid: Dental and Vision\n\nParental Leave\n\n401k and Employer Match\n\nPaid time off and holidays\n\nPaid On the Job Training\n\nPerformance incentive bonuses\n\nTalent Referral Bonus Program\n\nEmployee Centric Culture\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\n\nStock and monitor production areas, spotting shortages and moving inventory to meet daily shipment needs.\nConsolidate warehouse inventory to keep space ready for the next day's production.\nLoad and unload trucks and review shipping documentation to keep order pickers working without interruption.\nPick and deliver Material Requirements Lists for Molding and Assembly.\nPerform cycle counts and month-end inventory.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.\nSupport the Receiving function, including scale counts and repackaging\nMaintain a clean, organized warehouse (trash removal, pallet disposal, general housekeeping).\nActively contributes to team problem-solving and process improvement efforts.\n\nRequirements:\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience/training (or equivalent combination)\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.\nSolid basic math skills.\nStrong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nValid forklift driver's license required. We will train and certify.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly stand, walk, and use hands/arms to reach, handle, and feel\nFrequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch\nLift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently\nGood vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception\n\nWork Environment\nFast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting\nOccasional exposure to vibration\nFrequent loud noise levels (hearing protection may be required)\n\nPennEngineering is committed to Diversity, Equity and Belonging, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
