Overview: 2026 Touring Water Parade Join the Splash Water Parade Touring Team! The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We're looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our 2 multi-city tours.* All roles are seasonal positions * Work is based on a 6 day work week * Days are expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours per day * Travel and housing are covered completely by the company. Hotel rooms based on double occupancy. Meal expenses are not covered. * Rates are flat pay and there is no separate Per DiemBLUE TOUR 2026- Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA) = Late May - Mid June - Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) = Late June - Mid July - Dorney Park (Allentown, PA) = Early August - Late August o Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through 8/28GREEN TOUR 2026- Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) = Late June - Mid August o Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14th.Responsibilities: Tour Cast Performer Responsibilities:* Reports to the Company Manager * Attend all scheduled workshop dates, content rehearsals, and technical rehearsals. * Daily performances of the 2025 "Splash Water Parade" following schedules and guidelines. * Attend additional rehearsals scheduled throughout the duration of the contract. * Maintain costumes and props in good condition. * Collaborate with technical team and directors through performance objectives.Qualifications:* Previous stage and/or parade experience. * Strong stage presence and ability to engage an audience * Ability to memorize scripts and choreography. * Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. * Physical stamina and ability to perform for extended periods * Availability to travel and work required daily schedules for the duration of the "Splash Water Parade" tour.
