Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Supervisor Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 Shift: Day and Night – 6 AM – 6 PM and 6 PM – 6 AM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will support workflow coordination, team supervision, safety compliance, and operational efficiency while ensuring all warehouse procedures and company standards are followed. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Assign and monitor daily work tasks for warehouse team members Ensure all warehouse procedures, SOPs, and safety policies are followed Support shipping, receiving, staging, loading, and unloading operations Maintain accurate documentation, logs, reports, and system entries Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational updates Monitor team productivity and provide workflow support as needed Assist with manpower adjustments to meet operational demands Enforce PPE, housekeeping, OSHA, and company safety standards Identify operational issues and report concerns to leadership Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities Ensure daily equipment inspections are completed and maintenance issues are reported Provide hands-on assistance on the warehouse floor when necessary Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and shift assignments Maintain compliance with company, client, and governmental regulations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or production environments Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and warehouse management systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with TPS, Kaizen, or continuous improvement is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly Comfortable working in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures and noise levels Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Experience: Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred) Supervisor or Lead: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
