Precast Concrete Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Precast Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves physical labor, including heavy lifting and the operation of various tools and equipment, to ensure the successful installation and finishing of concrete projects. This is a 6 day a week positio, Monday-Saturday Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete using a concrete mixer. - Perform heavy lifting tasks, moving materials as needed on the construction site. - Operate concrete pumping equipment to transfer concrete to designated areas. - Collaborate with team members to set up forms for concrete pouring. - Conduct flooring installation tasks, ensuring proper alignment and leveling. - Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete surfaces. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working atmosphere. Skills - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment related to concrete work. - Experience with concrete forming and installation techniques. - Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site. - Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments. - Experience with power tools used in concrete work. - Safely operate forklift, skid loaders and overhead cranes Join our team as a Concrete Laborer and contribute your skills to exciting projects while growing your career in the construction industry.
