{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8ee516b9c073c1c59bc66ea3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8ee516b9c073c1c59bc66ea3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8ee516b9c073c1c59bc66ea3","title":"Process Tech","description":"Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements)\n\nMachine setup and operation that includes mold, cutting die, and raw material changer.\nSetup machines from job to job\nFill out Production Setup Sheet\nAssist other Process Techs\nTroubleshoot and repair machine.\nFill out down time log\nEnsure machine is clean and all tools and items are in place\nOperate machinery.\nPriority is to keep machines running\nPerform roll changes on machines\nRemove scrap rolls from machine and place in baler area\nEnsure cartons are made\nEnsure area is clean around machines during and before shift ends and production run\nPerform quality inspection of product to ensure product is the correct specifications\nInstruct and assist packers\nComplete the packing process\nEnsure the material is at the machine and ready for production\nPlace tooling in proper storage slot/bin after production run is complete\n\nEducational/Training Requirements/Experience (What your background should look like)\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements\nBasic mathematical and measuring skills.\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.\nMust be able to work in a factory environment which includes being on your feet for long periods of time and durations of hot weather during certain seasons of the year.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands and environmental conditions required for this position are typical to those found in normal office situations.
