We are growing!\nOur Machine Operators run equipment such as a saw, drill, or banding machine and fills in for other positions as needed. The machine operator is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the products, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work environment. A machine operator must have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A machine operator must also be flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules. Starting pay would be between $20-$24 per hour depending on experience and shift.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nPerform machine set-up, operation, and maintenance according to standard operating procedures\nMonitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure specifications are met\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production\nAssist other operators and team members as required\nFollow safety rules and regulations at all times\nReport any incidents, accidents, or malfunctions to the supervisor\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nCoordinating with other operators, technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure smooth operation of the facility or plant\nRequirements\nProven experience in operating CNC Machinery\nAbility to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications\nKnowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating different machines\nSkills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control\nFlexibility to adapt to changing work assignments and schedule\nStevens Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
