Support will focus on development and sustainment of the WEBCANDID and TESTFLIGHT tools. WEBCANDID tracks, administers, and archives requests for mission-critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners around the world. Efforts will include maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base. TESTFLIGHT is a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts will include creating enhancements for TESTFLIGHT based on high-priority mission needs, as well as maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly 1 week out of every 3-4 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. On average, the team is paged for after-hours support approximately once every couple of months with most issues resolvable by phone.
