Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards.\n\nAs a Machine Operator you will:\n\nOperate, maintain, and prepare 3D MJF printers, processing stations, and build units for production.\nWork closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, Leads, and the Finishing Department.\nEnsure printers meet uptime and productivity (OEE) requirements.\nPerform media blasting and post-processing tasks according to job sheets and drawings.\nInspect parts for quality, verify features, and identify defects.\nReport equipment issues and notify leads of any questionable parts.\nMaintain equipment, media levels, and a clean work area.\nFollow all safety procedures and promote a positive team environment.\nAssist with various production activities and other duties as assigned.\n\nThis is a full-time opportunity.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nA High School diploma or equivalent is required.\nManufacture experience.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of related experience is preferred.\nAbility to read, understand, and execute work with detailed job instructions.\nSolid technical attributes.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGreat organizational skills.\nBeginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nAbility to multitask.\nAble to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.\nMust be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAble to pass a drug test and a background check.\nMonday to Friday shifts available\nOther shifts and positions are also available\n\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications\n\nExperience in manufacture.\nExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExperience working in an ITAR-regulated facility.\n\nSchedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime may be required)\nDays: Monday through Friday\nPay: $21.00 per hour\n\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\n\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
