This role is responsible for end-to-end program execution, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology programs through effective planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and improving delivery predictability in complex, fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs across engineering, product, and business teams.Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation strategies.Identify and remove delivery blockers by coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams.Establish and maintain governance processes, program reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.Drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution.Facilitate collaboration across global and geographically distributed teams.Monitor program health through Jira, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.Track KPIs and OKRs to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.Implement best practices for program management, governance, and delivery execution.Support the development and maintenance of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and related program documentation.Communicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and key achievements to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Improve overall delivery performance, throughput, and operational efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Technology Delivery, or related roles.Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through execution.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Demonstrated experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and project management platforms.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading enterprise-scale initiatives such as:Cloud migrationsArtificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning programsPlatform transformation initiativesEnterprise modernization projectsPMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification.Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.Experience developing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).Strong knowledge of KPI and OKR frameworks for performance management and execution tracking.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Ownership of large-scale programs involving multiple technical and business workstreams.Strong program governance and delivery management skills.Expertise in risk, dependency, and milestone management.Ability to influence engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders.Experience driving decision-making and escalating risks appropriately.A data-driven approach to measuring and improving delivery performance.Success in improving operational processes,
