They are also responsible for applying the knowledge learned live in the field with a dedicated training Foreman. This position is strictly performed on a training crew.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.\n\nAchieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.\n\nComplete online learning courses as assigned.\n\nRequirements:\nMust be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.\n\nPossess leadership qualities to effectively supervise and motivate a working field crew.\n\nAssume full responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools.\n\nMust Possess a Valid Driver's License, with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.\n\nAbility to positively represent the Osmose organization to customers and the communities in which they work.\n\nEnjoy working outdoors in all types of weather and have the desire to actively participate in physically demanding work lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.\n\nWilling to travel locally, statewide or regionally as required.\n\nWe are proud to offer:\nPaid on-the-job training! They must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.\nWork Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may routinely handle and/or apply preservatives, coatings, and/or other chemical substances. The position regularly works in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, cold and freezing temperatures, and exposure to poisonous plants, insects, and allergens. The employee may also be exposed to energized electrical equipment and will be required to take appropriate precautions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with short periods of loud noise exceeding 85 decibels.\nTravel: 80%Varies by customer and/or location and can include frequent Monday through Friday overnight travel throughout one or more states. Extended work weeks and additional hours are probable during peak work periods or for specific jobs.
