Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects throughout the Tucson area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all field operations, maintaining project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage multiple phases of commercial construction projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily jobsite operations from project startup through final completionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnelMaintain project schedules and manage sequencing of work activitiesEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policiesConduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate daily reportsMonitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specificationsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and disruptionsCoordinate inspections, deliveries, and material procurement with project teamsWork closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and schedule goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environmentFoster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team membersQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience with ground-up commercial projects requiredTenant improvement and renovation experience preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficient with construction management software and field technology preferredOSHA 30 certification preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
