Pharmacy Customer Care Representative Onsite

This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment. Representative will be responsible for answering all pharmacy related incoming calls, texts and emails and handling customer questions and complaints. Representative must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. In accordance with state and federal regulations, performs data entry and patient registration and responding to high volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
