Join our global team of 19,000 people in 45 countries, and start helping our customers push the limits of what's possible in their world of motion.\n\nWhat is the Operations Leadership Development Program?\n\nT he Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two-year program designed to provide thorough exposure to The Timken Company's manufacturing and manufacturing support functions to develop future leaders within the company. The program includes various professional development experiences and on-the-job training during each assignment.\n\nOLDP participants are a part of a cohort that advance through the program to attend trainings, network, and collaborate with leadership throughout the year. Participants will be mentored, and have significant interaction with senior operations leaders throughout the company.\n\nThe program consists of four assignments each six months in duration. The first two assignments will be in one plant location. Program participants will then relocate to a second plant location for their third and fourth assignments. After completion of the program, permanent assignments will be in one of our U.S. manufacturing facilities.\n\nThe four assignment focus areas:\n\nSupplychain\n\nManufacturing/operations supervision\n\nQuality advancement\n\nEducation Requirements/Qualifications:\n\nCollege graduate (December 2026 – May 2027 preferred).\n\nBachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Operations Management or related business or engineering degree.\n\nMinimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.\n\nManufacturing internships/co-ops preferred.\n\nLeadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities, or during employment.\n\nAbility to relocate. Possible placement locations: South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Ohio, or other.\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nThis position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.\n\nAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
