This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional, and operationally excellent workplace by supporting daily office operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing workplace services, and ensuring the headquarters is prepared to support business needs.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for others.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.\nSupport daily operations of GDT HQ, ensuring office spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for business.\nOperate the company's full-service coffee bar on a rotating schedule, preparing specialty beverages while maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and inventory.\nCoordinate office supply inventories and replenish workplace resources as needed.\nPartner with vendors and internal teams to support workplace services and resolve operational issues.\nCoordinate meeting logistics, conference room reservations, catering, room setup and breakdown, and support executive meetings, customer visits, company events, and employee engagement activities.\nProvide administrative support, including managing incoming communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, completing data entry, and supporting special projects as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workplace processes and service delivery.\nDemonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a hospitality-first mindset while supporting employees, customers, and executive leadership.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExceptional customer service and hospitality mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, customers, and vendors.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to exercise diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion while maintaining a highly polished and professional presence in both appearance and demeanor when interacting with employees, executives, customers, and external partners.\nStrong attention to detail and work ethic, committed to delivering high-quality work.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.\nAdaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nEducation: Bachelors degree (or equivalent work-related experience) is preferred\nExperience: 2+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, office administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.\nGDT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
