The position is remote.\nThe Master Data Management Lead will provide analysis and applies expertise in Information Technology disciplines to provide a vital force in the growth and delivery of Enterprise Master Management Program. . In addition to team management and personnel development, this person is responsible to build trust and credibility with business and IT partners. These relationships, combined with business awareness and a value focus, enable the candidate to influence culture and leverage data assets to drive value.\nManaging Master Data Management Tools including MDM application, related enhancements/upgrades and excel databases etc.\nDirect end-to-end MDM function delivery teams and establish the product roadmap\nWork with variety of functional areas to promote a holistic, 360-degree view of various Master data domains and their interdependencies\nServe as the MDM team business liaison, building long-term stakeholder relationships to meet and maintain Master data needs for the enterprise\nPromote organization change management to maximize value of implementing Master data capability and ensure long term maintainability\nAccountable for business, function and data related requirements to implement a successful MDM solution\nSupports Master data governance and stewardship activities, and participates in various governance committees and steering groups\nPartners with data architect to ensure immediate and long-term MDM solution are meeting expected quality and matchability metrics, policies, performance and other identified KPIs related to MDM capability\nAids in the identification of related MDM quality issues and supports remediation activities\nEnsure MDM strategic roadmap is in alignment with broader data strategy, acquisitions, or project activities\nImplement processes, standards, and role-based training to maintain Master data and associated systems\nSpecific Responsibilities For This Role Include\nResponsibilities\nLead a multifunctional team toward building and maintaining high-quality MDM products and processes.\nPerform hands-on management of business and functional requirements elicitation activities, its documentation and socialization.\n· Support the Master data producers in shaping up the product strategy on Master data and organizational data management in a multi domain setting.\n· Partner with and assist in defining the Master data requirements, developing the roadmap in the relevant areas.\n· Assess change requests that are produced for the defined core Master data domains as well as the ones coming in from different impacted business processes and the applications ecosystem.\n· Participate, Lead and oversee agile sprints ensuring that the committed timelines are met by working across broader spectrum of functional groups across the enterprise.\n· Manage and oversee internal staff assigned as well as vendor consultants assigned to the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality and budget.\n· Proactively identify forward looking Master data features collaborating with peers and the overall data portfolio stewardship.\n· Have a clear vision on the MDM backlog, perform necessary prioritization of backlog items to sprints ensuring closure all the way to delivering to operational stages.\n· Collaboratively work with other peers in the MDM product portfolio, including and not limited to data governance, data privacy and ongoing operational data management teams.\n· Manage Master data assets pertaining to Patient, Provider, Payer, Material, Products, and other Master data domains, in a global setting.\n· Oversee relevant work and deliverables coordinating with assigned internal resources and external consultants (onshore/offshore).\n· Manage & maintain stakeholder relationships in a cross functional environment relevant to the MDM and operational data management function.\n· Create and own the budget at project level and ensure that the assigned projects are executed within the planned budget with high quality.\nQualifications Basic Requirements:\n· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.\n· Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in managing Master data management functions\n· Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to engage with others.\n· Ability to resolve complex problems and break them down to create and implement an action plan.\n· Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial / medical Pharma -
