This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Energy & Utilities environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $135,000 – $145,000 annuallyResponsibilities Execute research and development testing projects Specialize in data centre liquid cooling Utilize Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies Conduct data analysis and prepare technical reports Provide engineering support for test equipment design and operation Maintain regular project status reports Foster effective networks with internal collaborators Promote high operational and HSSEQ standardsQualifications Degree in relevant engineering/science field Over 3 years of professional engineering experience Expertise in data centre liquid cooling Ability to work with limited supervision on R&D projects Desire for professional competency developmentBenefits Generous vacation policy ranging from 120 to 240 hours per year 9 paid holidays and 2 personal choice holidays Up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave Discretionary annual bonus program Long-term incentive program 401k matching and pension benefits for eligible employees Health, vision, and dental insurance Life and disability insurance options Opportunity for limited remote work in a hybrid model Up to 25% travel requirement for the roleOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
