If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of program execution as dictated by the assigned contract terms and program scope. This person selected for this position will work closely with technical, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics staff to execute all assigned tasks. From time-to-time, the Program Manager may be asked to share other operations tasks (e.g. proposal preparation, policy/procedure documentation, etc.).\nDefine project scope, goals and Work Breakdown Elements (deliverables) that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nGenerate/evaluate Statements of Work.\nDirect and manage end-to-end program development/execution.\nEffectively communicate project/program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\nEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.\nDraft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.\nWhen required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.\nAssess the need for additional staff and make the appropriate changes if necessary, during project cycle.\nEvaluate and select vendors and subcontractors for effective utilization as needed. In concert with management, delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path.\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations (examples: CDR, PDR, TIM)\nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.\nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.\nSupervise project team members and suppliers and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\nTravel as required to customer/vendor sites for various meetings and to support installations.\nBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program/project.\nConduct post project reviews and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.\nDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBS Degree in any relevant technical or management field. Advanced degree desired. Will consider personnel with substantial relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.\nPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired, but if not certified, must be willing to actively work towards achieving certification within the first year of hire.\n3-5 years of experience in a project level (program level desired) management capacity.\nFamiliar with use of Earned Value project management techniques (e.g. served as a CAM).\nKnowledge of and familiarity with commercial and FAR/DFAR contracting regulations – experience with federal ITAR regulations and US State Department licensing is considered a plus.\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100 Quality Management processes & procedures.\nFamiliar with (experience preferred) Microsoft Project, GANTT, PERT and CPM charts.\nExperience working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments.\nStrong examples of proven analytical and problem-solving performance.\nAbility to advocate effectively with company executives, customers, partners to get things done.\nStrong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.\nWillingness to (and facility for) learning, understanding, and applying emerging technology.\nEffectively prioritize and execute tasks, even in high-pressure circumstances & environments.\nDue to federal contracting requirements, must be a US Citizen.\nMust be able to qualify for a Secret Security Clearance.\nWhy Join Us?\nImpact: Work on projects that make a difference in the world.\nGrowth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nCulture: Be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas matter.\nBenefits: Competitive salary, flexible work arrangements, and comprehensive benefits package.\nReady to Energize Your Career?\nIf you’re excited about transforming ideas into reality and making a lasting impact, we want to hear from you!
