The Controller will oversee and manage the organization's financial activities, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, performing cost analyses, leading audits, and developing efficient financial strategies. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support strategic decision-making.QualificationsStrong experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and ForecastingProven skills in Cost Analysis, Risk Management, and Financial Strategy DevelopmentProficiency in Accounting Software, Financial Systems, and Spreadsheet Tools (e.g., Excel)Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Audit ProcessesLeadership experience and ability to manage accounting teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldCPA or CMA certification is highly preferredPrior experience in manufacturing or product-based industries is advantageous
